We work fully remotely across time zones, collaborating most often during morning hours in Chicago (7 a.m.–12 p.m.). Our culture centers on mutual respect, continuous learning, and delivering on commitments to our clients.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Resume Writer based in Nigeria to join our growing global team. This is a contract position with flexible hours, consistent work, and clear expectations. Every project you complete will directly impact someone’s career trajectory.
You’ll help mid-career professionals stand out by using proven storytelling frameworks—such as STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result)—to craft resumes and LinkedIn content that showcase real achievements and measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- Write professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles for clients across various industries.
- Apply storytelling frameworks to highlight authentic accomplishments and career outcomes.
- Collaborate with coaches and teammates worldwide, primarily during morning Chicago hours.
- Meet project deadlines and communicate proactively when timelines need adjustment.
- Learn and adapt to new tools (including MondayCRM, LinkedIn, Perplexity, Google Workspace, and Calendly).
- Approach feedback with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience writing resumes for global or professional audiences.
- Strong understanding of resume strategy, formatting, and frameworks like STAR.
- Familiarity with industry certifications (NRWA, CPRW, etc.) and a willingness to earn certification within 90 days—with our support.
- Excellent English writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and impact.
