Base Pay Range:
$9,000.00/year – $9,600.00/year
The Role
- Design, implement, and optimise predictive and analytical models to solve complex business challenges.
- Transform ambiguous business questions into well-defined data problems and practical, actionable solutions.
- Analyse and explore large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows suitable for production-level analytics.
- Evaluate model performance, diagnose weaknesses, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Research and assess new tools, frameworks, and methodologies for potential use in upcoming projects.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Background in statistical analysis, regression techniques, or predictive modelling.
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert raw information into meaningful insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence business or product decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous analytical challenges.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
