Wepply is a done-for-you job application service that helps job seekers secure high-quality roles through expert portfolios, personalised applications, and professional job-search support. As we continue to grow rapidly, one of our founders is looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the founder’s calendar and daily schedule
- Book and organise meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Manage and update our social media pages
- Create clean, simple designs using Canva for posts
- Draft, send, and respond to emails
- Maintain organised files and documents
- Support general administrative and virtual assistant tasks
- Assist with coordinating projects and team tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Canva
- Ability to manage social media platforms
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Google Calendar, Zoom, Notion, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Prior virtual assistant experience is a strong advantage

Salary
₦80,000 – ₦120,000 per month, depending on experience.
