Job Overview: Personal Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a dependable Personal Virtual Assistant to support executive and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from home. While experience is an advantage, trustworthiness and precision are our top priorities. This is a full-time, fully remote role with excellent flexibility.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Maintain the principal’s schedule, coordinate internal and external meetings, and manage schedule changes.
  • Communication Support: Read, prioritize, and manage professional emails and calls on behalf of the principal.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct basic online research and present findings in clear, concise reports.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process simple payments and invoices, handle documentation, and maintain organized digital files.
  • Project Assistance: Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of personal and work-related tasks.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear spoken and written English, with professional email and phone etiquette.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new tools.
  • High Discretion: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professional judgment.
