Role Summary

We are seeking experienced and certified Phlebotomists and Nurses to join the organization’s expanding field operations team. Successful candidates will conduct professional, safe, and compassionate home-based and corporate sample collections across the Lagos Island region, including Lekki, Ikoyi, and Victoria Island.

This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who desire a flexible, part-time schedule, enjoy patient interaction, and are eager to contribute to a modern, community-focused approach to healthcare delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate, safe, and efficient blood draws and biological sample collections at patients’ homes or offices.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, storage, and transportation of collected samples following standard medical guidelines.
  • Educate patients clearly on procedures, expectations, and post-collection care.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Submit detailed daily reports on completed collections and field activities.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the operations and logistics team to manage daily schedules and route assignments.
  • Uphold the company’s standards of courtesy, decorum, and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related health discipline.
  • Valid professional license from NMCN or MLSCN.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical or field experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or sample collection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong patient-care orientation.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
  • Must reside in or near Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or surrounding areas for easy deployment.
