The Youth Climate Justice Fund (YCJF) is excited to announce that applications are now open for the position of Manager of Finance and Operations—a fully remote, full-time role designed for someone who wants to help shape the infrastructure and sustainability of one of the world’s most dynamic youth-led climate justice organizations.

About the Youth Climate Justice Fund

The Youth Climate Justice Fund is a global grantmaking organization led by youth, for youth. Their mission is simple but powerful: support young people who are fighting for climate justice, especially in regions and communities that are most impacted by the climate crisis. YCJF funds youth-led climate justice collectives, trains young activists, and helps build the leadership capacity needed to address climate change at its root causes—social inequity, environmental injustice, and systemic oppression.

YCJF believes in the power of young voices to transform the world. They understand that climate justice isn’t just about the environment; it’s also about human rights, gender equality, indigenous sovereignty, racial justice, and economic fairness. By investing directly in young leaders, the Fund fuels movements that are intersectional, inclusive, and community-centered.

Joining YCJF means becoming part of a team that is passionate, mission-driven, globally connected, and committed to supporting youth leadership in every region of the world.
