Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or its equivalent in an Information Technology-related discipline from a recognized and accredited university
- Have at least five (5) credit passes, including Mathematics and English, in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or an equivalent examination
- Be 26 years old or younger at the time of engagement
- Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess a valid discharge certificate
- Clearly state Date of Birth, Gender, and Class of Degree during the application process
Required Knowledge and Technical Skills
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong technical competence and a keen interest in digital innovation. Preferred skills include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced level)
- Strong programming knowledge in languages such as Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, and SQL
- Experience or interest in mobile application development
- Knowledge of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles
- Understanding of microservices architecture and development
- Familiarity with cloud computing, cloud administration, and cloud application development
- Skills in cloud security and penetration testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of Linux Operating System administration
- Exposure to data analytics platforms and tools
- Interest in emerging technologies such as:
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Blockchain development
- Intrusion detection systems and cybersecurity solutions
