Role Description
We are looking for a Back-End Developer (Intern) to join the Subby team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of server-side logic that supports the scalability, security, and performance of our platform.
Your responsibilities will include building and optimising APIs, improving database performance, and ensuring smooth integration with front-end components. You will work closely with cross-functional team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to enhance and expand our subscription-sharing platform.
This is a full-time remote internship, offering hands-on experience with modern back-end technologies and real-world product development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and general Software Development
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Basic understanding of Front-End Development and how it interacts with back-end systems
- Knowledge of back-end programming tools and languages such as Node.js, Express, or similar technologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities and comfort collaborating in a remote team
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Apply Here
